Bryan Kelly's unique and artistic view of the world.
Hello world...come on in and take a walk-about through my art. I don't know if you will laugh, cry or just blip on by...take a look. I think there might be an image that will tickle your fancy.
Yes, I have gone digital. While I have most of my original works, I am primarily selling fine art prints to the public. I will retain copyright on all of my works. Some of the work shown is old and is no longer available. It does represent significant parts of my artistic creativity and has been represented as a documentation of my past efforts in different medias.
I love the idea of flight. The light weight and strength of the structures under the skin of an airplane fascinates me.

The first window I constructed from information in a how/to book on stained glass, is the one on the right and was built in 1980. The tree was number two and the lower one, I just don't remember. A number of windows followed. All were original designs.
This female torso is made of clay and was completed in 1989. She was based on a tailor's dummy initially and then modified as seen above and below.
Titled Davinci Transport, this oil based mono-type print is from a series I did while studying in Florence, Italy in 1998.
This wire and tissue covered sculpture is 36 inches tall, is from my college days and is loosely based on the early stick and tissue airplane models I used to build as a kid.
Titled Pacific Rim, the painting has an acrylic under-painting with the clouds in oil over it. The material is Dacron, an aircraft covering and is stretched with an iron. After gesso and a light sanding, the result is a perfectly smooth painting surface .
I created this segmented, Raku fired wall piece, for a pilot at the end of my last pottery re-incarnation. It was mounted in his dining room and covered a 6 x 8 foot section of his wall.
